ANNOUNCING—LOSTLORN: THE ACCURSED
A dark fantasy setting where monsters are the heroes.
From Mark Rein-Hagen, creator of Vampire: the Masquerade and I Am Zombie and a crowdsourced team of creators, comes a new RPG setting of imprisoned souls full of terror and wonder. Lostlorn: The Accursed is a world governed by cosmic cycles; a Sun that keeps an unspeakable horror at bay, moons with cosmic abominations waiting to escape and never-ending rebirth that assures death is no respite for its occupants. Swashbuckling, Renaissance mad science and megafauna from the dawn of time collide with the politics and intrigues of a system of guilds that could bring forth the heroes an embattled world needs to break free from a bloody, oppressive past.
A fully detailed fantasy world, Lostlorn lets you tell stories of vampiric swashbucklers and humble scholars alike, to battle pirates and krakens or rain hell on a corrupt aristocracy. It is both a self contained OGL system and a setting for Dungeons and Dragons fifth edition (D&D 5e), created by an iconoclast who brought narrativity to gaming like few others have.
